About My Work

 

I have finished my degree at the University of Derby studying Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation. I began my studies in 2019, completing a Level 3 in Sports and Exercise Science and Sports Massage. Since then, I have worked alongside Quorn FC Academy being their Sports Masseuse and First Aider. I have been Level 3 qualified in Sports Massage since 2022 and working professionally from home, and have been growing my business with the help and support of family and friends.  

I have gained experience in Sports Therapy, Physiotherapy and Neurophysiotherapy alongside the Matt Hampson Foundation, as well as in the University of Derby Sports Injury Clinic. 

I work at a private injury clinic (part time) in the local area.

About Me

 

Hi! I'm Grace, and on the left this is my boyfriend, Adam, and my cockapoo, Spud! Spud loves to meet customers (if they want to) and give them a HUGE cuddle, as well as a few kisses if he really likes you! Spud was born in June 2023, so is a little pup, which definitely shows!

 

I am a Notts County supporter, which gets a few laughs from fellow football fans! Here is a little picture of me back in the day with my Notts County shirt and chips (I still go for the chips now!)

 

I also love going on holiday with my family, and spending quality time making memories. This is a picture of me and the family on the way to explore the St Lucian rainforest!

 

Here are a few pictures of all of my favourite memories, including my sisters wedding, many Christmas market visits and the excitement from me and my niece, Naomi, when the ice cream van turns up (Mrs Sprinkles is well known in our estate).

 

My favourite food has got to be a curry, I also LOVE a good cup of tea, those who know me, know that I am never far away from my mug of tea.
